We are a program devoted to providing youth and adults alike with the environment to achieve and succeed in health and fitness by providing proper sound instruction. Through challenging exercise we aim to bring people to see their true potential and capability and as a result, produce healthier, happier, more confident individuals.

Workouts are performed in GROUPS Workouts are SHORT Workouts are INTENSE Workouts are CHALLENGING Workouts are designed to challenge each and every person regardless of skill or fitness level. Although challenging, all workouts can be scaled up or down to accommodate your skill level.
Workouts are TIMED/SCORED Nearly every workout at Pure PHIT is performed against the clock or under some scoring system. When presented with a goal time or score you are much more likely to perform. Times and scores are recorded and looked back upon to measure progress.
Workouts are CONSTANTLY CHANGING Very rarely will you see the same workouts in a Pure PHIT class. We constantly challenge the body to adapt and change Because of the varied nature of classes, you don't have to worry about your workouts becoming monotonous or boring.
